A small delivery charge will be added on checkout. We use reliable courier companies like Delhivery, and FedEx to ship small orders. We use transport services for bigger orders. Generally, for Cash On Delivery orders, the courier company calls you before delivery. In case you are not available during delivery, you could call them back and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location.
We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Cash on Delivery and Advance Payment

We are pleased to offer the convenience of Cash on Delivery (COD) for our valued customers. For orders with a billing amount below Rs. 10,000/-, you can avail of the Cash on Delivery option, allowing you to pay for your purchase upon delivery, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. However, for orders exceeding Rs. 10,000/-, we kindly request customers to make the payment in advance. This measure is aimed at enhancing the efficiency of our operations and ensuring the security of transactions. Shipping Restriction

Any items like Animals, Bullion, Currency, Bearer from Negotiable Instruments, precious metals and stones, Firearms or Parts thereof and Ammunition, Human Remains, Pornography, and Illegal narcotics/drugs are among the products that may be restricted, banned, or prohibited by the delivery firm from time to time.
